since i’m getting my first-ever tarot deck, i decided to go deep into its history, its power, and all the ways it can change your life. if you’re curious about tarot whether as a beginner or someone already deep in the craft this is everything you need to know.

the history of tarot (aka how the cards found us)

the tarot didn’t originally start off as some mystical tool of divination. it actually began as a playing card game in the 1400s in europe mainly italy and france. it was called tarocchi in italian and was mostly for the rich elites to flex their money. the cards were hand-painted, luxurious, and honestly more bougie than magical at first.

the deck had suits like swords, cups, wands, and pentacles (sound familiar?), plus the trump cards which we now know as the major arcana. these cards eventually started to carry deeper symbolic meanings, often based on christian, pagan, and astrological influences.

fast forward to the 18th century and shit got esoteric. a bunch of mystics, occultists, and secret societies (like the hermetic order of the golden dawn) started connecting tarot to kabbalah, alchemy, astrology, numerology, and the “hidden knowledge” of the universe. that’s when tarot stopped being a game and started becoming a spiritual tool. people believed the cards were connected to the akashic records, the collective unconscious, and were essentially a mirror to the soul.

1300s: the pre-tarot era (a little mysterious, a little cloudy)

this is where the tarot vibe starts to bubble, but the actual cards aren’t here yet. people across europe, especially in italy, spain, and france, were playing with basic playing cards brought in from the islamic world via trade routes. these decks had four suits (like our modern hearts, clubs, etc.) and originated from mamluk cards from egypt.

these early playing cards were often seen as symbols of gambling and pleasure, but their popularity exploded in both the courts of the wealthy and the streets. divination wasn’t part of the picture yet, but the archetypes (like kings, queens, knights) were already starting to form.

1400s: the birth of tarot as a game (italy goes off)

welcome to the renaissance, baby. this is where the first tarot decks appear—not as a spiritual tool but as a luxury game called trionfi or tarocchi. these decks were made for the elite, often hand-painted, and used in a trick-taking card game (a bit like bridge).

notable decks:

• Visconti-Sforza tarot (mid-1400s): the OG tarot deck. commissioned by the Duke of Milan’s family. 78 cards, including the major arcana we know today (like the fool, death, the lovers, etc.). it wasn’t mystical yet but the symbolism was rich.

these decks were basically rich people flexes status symbols more than spiritual tools. but their illustrations were deeply allegorical, reflecting virtues, vices, astrology, and classical philosophy.

the aesthetic was already witchy.

1500s: the spread begins (and the church side-eyes)

tarot starts spreading across europe, especially france and switzerland. it’s still a card game, but now it’s catching the eyes of mystics, philosophers, and eventually the church, who starts calling it “the devil’s game” because… drama.

the iconography of the cards (especially death, the devil, the tower) made people nervous. some players began attaching superstitions and local folk beliefs to the cards, especially in more rural areas.

divination was still not officially a thing, but seeds were being planted.

the church’s war on tarot – demonic or divine?

• the catholic church labeled tarot as demonic, especially during the inquisition.

• the devil card in tarot was often cited as proof that tarot was satanic.

• in the 15th century, some places banned tarot readings, linking them to witchcraft and heresy.

• but here’s the twist: some say the church itself used tarot in secret, especially in gnostic and esoteric sects that hid forbidden knowledge from the masses.

1700s: the mystics take over (aka the esoteric awakening)

okay this is the era where tarot gets its magical glow-up.

• 1781: Antoine Court de Gébelin, a french occultist. he claimed tarot cards held the secret teachings of ancient egypt, hidden in plain sight. he believed tarot was a book of wisdom disguised as a game.

• he was delulu, but influential. his ideas shaped the future of tarot like crazy.

then comes Jean-Baptiste Alliette, aka Etteilla (his name backwards because… why not). he’s the first person to professionally read tarot and write a guide to using the cards for divination. he even designed the first tarot deck specifically for fortune telling in 1789.

this is when tarot shifts from game → divination tool. people are now pulling cards to connect with spirit, fate, the future, and the divine.

many women were executed or persecuted for divination, fortune-telling, or witchcraft and in those cases, if tarot had been part of their practice, it could’ve absolutely contributed to their persecution.

1400s–1700s: the witch hunt era (especially in europe)

this era saw thousands of women (and some men) being tortured and killed for anything vaguely “supernatural”:

• owning herbs

• practicing midwifery

• being single or widowed (yep)

• “talking to spirits”

• fortune-telling, palm reading, astrology

• even just being a little too confident or beautiful

so… if tarot had already been linked to divination in this era, it absolutely would’ve been used as evidence of witchcraft. but again, during the height of the witch trials (especially in salem or germany), tarot wasn’t yet widely used for mystical purposes.

romani women & persecution

a lot of romani (or “traveller”) women were powerful diviners who used playing cards and tarot-like imagery for readings. they were:

• exoticized by the rich

• blamed for crime

• feared by the church

• and often violently policed

they very likely used tarot or cartomancy in their work and many faced imprisonment, abuse, or worse.

• these women were doing divination, healing, and spiritual work LONG before any white men made it trendy.

• they used herbs, spirits, dreams, and yes, playing cards or early forms of tarot to give people guidance.

• they were demonized, sexualized, and burned alive.

• even when they were accurate, insightful, helpful? society didn’t care — they were seen as threats.

why did the men get away with it?

• privilege + education: men like Etteilla and de Gébelin were educated and seen as “respectable intellectuals,” not “dangerous witches.”

• misogyny: women’s magic was seen as emotional, chaotic, and demonic, while men’s mysticism was seen as scientific or philosophical.

• whitewashing: tarot’s magical history was sanitized by white european men who made it marketable for upper class europeans—meanwhile, the women who had been keeping the spiritual traditions alive for generations were cast out, imprisoned, or killed.

✨ men got to be called “esoteric scholars.” women got called “witches,” jailed, or murdered. ✨

1800s: occult tarot enters its dark feminine era

this century is when tarot becomes full-blown mystical, magical, and very extra.

• secret societies like the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn (yes, like something out of a court of thorns and roses) start incorporating tarot into their occult rituals.

• tarot gets fused with kabbalah, numerology, alchemy, astrology, and ancient mystery traditions. it’s no longer just about fortune telling—it’s about unlocking spiritual truth and tapping into cosmic knowledge.

big names:

• Eliphas Levi: french occultist who connects tarot with the Tree of Life from kabbalah and sees it as a book of universal symbols.

• Papus: writes occult books on tarot as a map of the soul.

1900s: tarot goes mainstream (the spiritual awakening era)

this century changes everything.

• 1909: Rider-Waite-Smith deck is born—created by Arthur Edward Waite (occultist) and Pamela Colman Smith (a black/mixed-race illustrator and absolute queen). this deck becomes the most iconic tarot deck of all time. it’s the one you probably see all over tiktok, tumblr, and pinterest.

this man was born in 1857 in Brooklyn, but moved to England when his dad died (classic tragic backstory).

• he was a mystic, scholar, and self-proclaimed occultist.

• waite was obsessed with all things hidden: the kabbalah, alchemy, divination, rosicrucianism, freemasonry, and… tarot.

• he didn’t just want to dabble, he wanted to decode the entire universe.

THE HERMETIC ORDER OF THE GOLDEN DAWN

aka: the occult secret society in the UK during the late 1800s.

this secret society:

• was founded in 1887.

• had three levels of initiation (mental, astral, and magical).

• dabbled in astrology, ritual magic, astral projection, angelic communication, and of course tarot.

waite’s role?

• he joined in the 1890s and eventually became a big-time ritualist there.

• but get this: he thought the society was too obsessed with actual magic and power rituals.

• waite wanted more ✨ “spiritual illumination” ✨ vibes.

• so he left and made his own thing: the Fellowship of the Rosy Cross in 1915 (more mellow, more meditative, still weird af).

THE RIDER-WAITE DECK ORIGIN STORY

so in 1909, waite teamed up with pamela colman smith (an absolute LEGEND) to make a tarot deck that was less fortune-teller-y and more mystical-symbolic-alchemical-kabbalistic.

he wanted tarot to reflect universal spiritual truths, not just give yes/no answers.

but here’s the story

• pamela was the artist behind all the cards, and waite was the “occult consultant”.

• she was also a golden dawn member and deeply intuitive.

• waite gave her the meanings/symbolism he wanted, and pamela channeled the rest.

and yet?

the deck was named:

• “Rider” = the publishing company

• “Waite” = the dude who gave the notes

• pamela? the girl who literally illustrated the ENTIRE FUCKING DECK? yeah, her name wasn’t even on the box.

make it make sense.

now we call it the Rider-Waite-Smith deck to honor her, but even now, people forget her name. (and yes, she was a bisexual jamaican woman who deserved a monument, not erasure.)

what makes it special:

• full illustrations on all 78 cards (not just major arcana).

• every symbol is intentional, magical, and layered.

• it’s easy to read intuitively, which made tarot way more accessible.

other major moments:

• 1970s-80s: tarot explodes during the new age movement. crystals, astrology, yoga, witchcraft everything’s trendy again.

• books, indie decks, and readers start showing up everywhere.

• feminism + queer culture start embracing tarot as a tool for healing, empowerment, and rebellion.

some believe tarot didn’t start in italy—it was secretly preserved knowledge from:

• ancient egypt → linked to the book of thoth, a mystical text said to contain the secrets of the universe.

• jewish kabbalah → the tarot’s 22 major arcana cards match the 22 paths of the tree of life.

• hermeticism & alchemy → tarot might’ve been used as a coded system to pass down hidden spiritual wisdom.

• witchcraft & divination → the church banned tarot in many places, saying it was used for communing with spirits.

so was tarot just a card game that became spiritual later? or was it always meant to be a powerful divination tool that was disguised as a game to survive religious persecution?

the structure of tarot cards & how they actually work

okay so let’s talk about tarot cards. like really talk.

not just the aesthetic side of it but the actual bones, spirit, and power of what this deck does. tarot isn’t just about “telling the future” it’s about unlocking the subconscious, channeling energy, and syncing with divine frequencies. it’s psychological, magical, intuitive, and energetic all at once.

a standard tarot deck: the breakdown

every tarot deck, no matter the theme, follows this same sacred structure:

• 78 cards total

• 22 major arcana

• each suit has 10 number cards (ace to ten) + 4 court cards (page, knight, queen, king)

the major arcana: the fool’s journey

these 22 cards represent the big, life-shifting energies. fate. transformation. spiritual evolution. each card is like a major chapter in your soul’s growth we’re talking divine awakenings, tower moments, karmic cycles, shadow work, rebirths.

starts with 0 - the fool (new beginnings, divine trust)

ends with 21 - the world (wholeness, soul completion)

how to make your tarot deck your bestie

"White and Black" Magic & Esoteric Racism

it completely fucking BAFFLES me how even in the year 2024 people in "witchy" or "pagan" circles still. use outdated terms like "black" or "white" magic like do y'all really not do ANY research whatsoever? Like yeah, sure, people don't think critically enough these days but is it not BLATANTLY OBVIOUS?

Y'all need to PUT DOWN YOUR PHONES and actually pick up a book, I'm begging, research doesn't end at a google search or tumblr tags!!

You have to research EVERY TERM, every word, every author, creator, every SOURCE. Because half the shit ya'll "spiritual/progressive" people use comes from blatant racism and even literal nazism.

The Akashic records? Blavatsky, a rich European woman, who not only promoted esoteric race science with the belief in "root races" believing the Aryans to be the world's saviors and appropriating Hinduism, but inspired the Germans to use the swastika. (x)

The term "magick?" with the ICK? Comes from Aleister Crowley who created his own "religion" of Thelema to differentiate his "higher magic" from practices he deemed inferior. His works promoted similar to Blavatsky on the esoteric racism, but believeing every race had a "calculated destiny" and of course he believed his was superior even publishing a work titled "The Great White Brotherhood"

It takes a lot more than simply doing spells, it takes a lot of studying and learning about yourself before you can cast a spell as well as call yourself a witch. Tools used by witches:

The Athame - tool of the element fire or air

Familiars:

spirit beings that witches make a pact with.

Familiars are not permanently bound to their witch. You may have many familiars in your lifetime. They can also shapeshift and appear differently during their time, with their witch.

Task they perform: spying, companionship, protection, knowledge, aid, travel between worlds, assisting a witch develop their abilities.

Offerings: energy, a foothold in our realm, spirit, milk, honey, incense, various food items.

You should of course research whom you are working with, be it an animal familiar, deity or whomever.

SOME TERMS:

CONJURATIONS = in traditional and most contemporary usage refers to a magical act of invoking a spirit, or using incantations or charms to cast a magical spell ( it is used as a term of casting spells in some magical traditions, such as Hoodoo. )

INCANTATION = series of words said as a magic spell or charm.

GROUNDING = an ancient custom and essential to successful spellwork.

In many Pagan traditions, grounding, centering and shielding are techniques that form a basis of energy work and eventually, of magic itself.

ASTRAL PROJECTION = also known as " astral travel" is term used in esotericism to describe an intentional out of body experience, that assumes the existence of a soul or consciousness called an "astral body" that is separated from physical body and capable of traveling outside of it throughout the universe.

GRIMOIRE = (book of spells) is a textbook of magic, typically, including instructions on how to create magical objects like talismans and amulets, how to perform magical spells charms and divination, and how to summon or invoke supernatural entities such as: angels, spirits, deities and demons.

TASSEOGRAPHY = divination method that interprets patterns in tea leaves, coffee grounds or wine sediments.

THEOSOPHY = (" Divine Wisdom") an occult religious movement established in United States in late 19th century. They teach about God and the world based on mystical insight. They promote unity.

AKASHIC RECORDS = compendium of all universal events, showing people who access it, their past, present and future selves (all which ever existed or are about to exist).

ANCIENT THEBAN = witches alphabet (has less letters than an english one, so some symbols are repeated.)

COVEN = gathering of at least three witches who come together to practice witchcraft.

BALEFIRE = An open fire, usually used in a ritual or spell and they are lit during pagan festivals.

Be careful and research a lot before you do any kind of spell work or anything. I am writing my own shadow book since 2020 and I am researching even to this day and I have never tried doing any kind of spell.

Of course If you want, feel confident or generally feel the need to do them, do the protection spell first and start from a more simple ones.

The Lyrans Talon Abraxas

A Lyran Starseed is a highly intelligent, evolved soul from Vega, the brightest star in the Lyra constellation.

After the Draconian conquest of Lyra star system, Lyran Starseeds incarnated in many other star systems before making their way to planet Earth. The two most common places of refuge for Lyrans after the way included Sirius and the Pleiades.

History of the Lyran Race: Starseed Origins

The Lyran species descended from Feline Starseeds and served as the original stewards of ancient knowledge. The Lyra constellation in which they first lived is shown on star maps as a lyre. In some cases, a map may depict it as a vulture or an eagle carrying a lyre. Oftentimes, stargazers refer to the constellation as the "Falling vulture" or "Falling eagle."

The Draconians destroyed the Lyran civilization during the brutal Draco-Lyran War in which 50 million Lyrans perished. The resulting spiritual exodus to and assimilation with other solar systems contributed to a significant rise in the number of spiritual beings with mixed starseed origins.

Despite their calm demeanor, Lyran Starseeds love the human form and enjoy pushing the physical body to the limit. Many Lyrans participate in extreme sports professionally or as a hobby.

At least 10 people associated with Elon Musk’s so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) are now working at the Social Security Administration, according to government records reviewed by WIRED; this includes a number of young engineers whose presence at the SSA has not been reported. The ballooning of DOGE’s presence at the federal agency—which Bloomberg, citing sworn statements filed in federal court Wednesday, previously reported—comes as Musk and his cohorts are publicly threatening social security benefits, citing unsubstantiated claims of mass fraud.

The DOGE-affiliated personnel in question are currently listed in the agency’s internal organizational chart. Background checks for two are still pending, according to a filing by the SSA in federal court in Maryland opposing a motion for a temporary restraining order filed by unions that would prevent DOGE from accessing SSA records. (A sworn statement attached to the filing from the SSA’s deputy commissioner of human resources claims that six of the background checks are still pending.)

The operatives—whom the government did not name in its filing—are, according to internal documents, Akash Bobba, Scott Coulter, Marko Elez, Luke Farritor, Antonio Gracias, Gautier Cole Killian, Jon Koval, Nikhil Rajpal, Payton Rehling, and Ethan Shaotran. This team appears to be among the largest DOGE units deployed to any government agency.

Ten of the DOGE-affiliated staffers are listed as part of the same group within Microsoft Teams, which SSA employees use for internal communication, according to a screenshot shared with WIRED. They are listed as “IT Specialists” based at the agency’s headquarters in Washington, DC, except for Bobba, who is listed as “Front Office” in the office of the chief information officer (CIO).

Many of them have worked or interned at Musk companies such as Tesla and Space X, and the majority of them have also appeared at other government agencies in recent weeks, as part of DOGE’s incursion into the government. Musk has made wild claims about the social security system, calling it a “Ponzi scheme” and falsely claiming that millions of 150-year-olds were fraudulently collecting benefits.

According to the SSA court filing and accompanying sworn statements, seven of them have read-only access to several datasets including the Master Beneficiary Record, which contains detailed information about individuals and their benefits. Those same DOGE representatives also have read-only access to Numident, a database containing information about everyone who’s ever applied for a Social Security number, as well as data referred to as “Treasury Payment Files Showing SSA Payments from SSOARS.” (The Social Security Online Accounting and Reporting System is a set of systems containing “information on the SSA’s financial position and operations,” according to the SSA.)

These records contain a great deal of personally identifying and financial information; in filings the government says DOGE accessing them is necessary to “detect fraud.”

While it’s been unclear even to well-placed insiders what specifically DOGE is doing inside the Social Security Administration, Musk has repeatedly voiced his desire to “eliminate” large parts of the system in the US, recently claiming that the fact that there are more Social Security numbers than there are US citizens—a well-known quirk of the SSA system—“might be the biggest fraud in history.”

Sources have told WIRED that one of the tasks the DOGE cohort will be assigned is how people identify themselves to access their benefit payments. Experts with decades of experience at the agency are now worried that DOGE operatives working across multiple agencies increases the risk of SSA data being shared outside of the agency or that their inexperience will lead to them breaking systems entirely.

In the SSA filing, lawyers for the agency claim that the DOGE operatives have “no access to SSA production automation, code, or configuration files.” A previous sworn statement from Tiffany Flick, the agency’s former acting chief of staff, claims that its CIO, Michael Russo, was DOGE-aligned and demanded that Bobba be given access to “everything, including source code.”

Last month, President Donald Trump’s administration appointed Russo as the SSA’s new CIO, despite his having no apparent previous government experience. Russo came to DOGE from payments company Shift4, which was founded by Jared Isaacman, Trump’s nominee to run NASA. The office of the CIO works on “implementation of a comprehensive systems configuration management, database management and data administration program,” according to the agency’s own website, and is responsible for strategic planning.

According to an affidavit filed on Friday as part of a lawsuit designed to halt what the suit called DOGE’s “unprecedented” seizure of SSA data, Flick outlined how she tried to educate Russo on how information at SSA is handled and the measures in place to prevent fraud.

“Mr Russo seemed completely focused on questions … based on the general myth of supposed widespread social security fraud, rather than facts,” Flick said, adding that Russo was unwilling to understand SSA’s complex systems and instead seemed fixated on conspiracy theories about fraud within the system, such as Musk’s claim that millions of 150-year-olds were receiving benefit payments. Flick also wrote that she was “not confident” that DOGE operatives had “the requisite knowledge and training to prevent sensitive information from being inadvertently transferred to bad actors.”

Flick’s affidavit named Coulter and Bobba as two of the DOGE associates joining SSA, alongside Russo. Coulter was a New York–based hedge fund manager whose fund, Cowbird Capital, was shuttered last year, according to Business Insider. (Coulter appears to be the DOGE lead at SSA. While the affidavit from the deputy commissioner of human resources doesn’t name him, it does identify the lead as a worker detailed from NASA, and Coulter is the only one of the 10 DOGE workers listed in internal NASA records reviewed by WIRED.)

Gracias, another private equity figure who is now part of the DOGE team at SSA, is the founder of Valor Equity Partners. Men named Jon Koval and Payton Rehling are listed on Valor's website as a vice president and a data engineer, respectively.

Gracias, Koval, and Rehling don’t seem to have any prior government experience, but Gracias does have a long history with Musk—he worked at Tesla for 14 years as a company director and helped Musk take the company public. Gracias spent time with Musk at Mar-a-Lago ahead of Trump’s inauguration and later described their conversations about how they believed the government functioned, on the All In podcast. (“It's broken now. And so literally, money is flowing out,” went one confusing Gracias claim, about how money is moving from the Treasury department to other agencies.) Later, Gracias mentioned the SSA. “The only audit that I've seen is actually from the Social Security Administration. When you read it, I've got one of the partners who have read the thing, it's just riddled with material weaknesses.”

Many of the other DOGE names listed in SSA’s internal records have previously been reported by WIRED as young, inexperienced technologists working at other government agencies.

Individuals having access to the records of multiple agencies is highly unusual and problematic, experts say. “Federal law places strict controls on personal data held by agencies, including limits on cross-agency transfers and rigorous training requirements for personnel who have a legitimate need for access,” says John Davisson, the director of litigation at the Electronic Privacy Information Center. “Ignoring those safeguards and haphazardly putting systems at multiple agencies under the thumb of a single engineer obliterates those protections. They’re hotwiring the federal government with a total disregard for privacy and data security.”

Bobba, a former Palantir intern and recent UC Berkeley graduate, was first appointed to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) before moving to the General Services Administration (GSA). According to Flick’s testimony, “There were challenges with Mr. Bobba’s background check that took a few days to resolve.” Flick did not expand on what those issues were but stated that Bobba was eventually granted access to sensitive SSA systems after Russo and Musk lieutenant Steve Davis directly pressured top SSA administrators. The acting commissioner was ultimately replaced by Leland Dudek, a mid-level staffer who was, Flick asserted, on leave after having communicated with DOGE outside normal channels—something he later bragged about in a LinkedIn post.

Farritor, a 23-year-old former Thiel Fellow and Space X intern who helped to recruit other young engineers to join DOGE on a Discord group for SpaceX interns, has also appeared internally at the GSA, the Department of Health and Human Services, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Education.

Rajpal, a former Twitter and Tesla employee, now at the SSA, has also appeared at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, OPM, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

WIRED previously reported that Elez, a 25-year-old engineer also on the SSA list, at one point had read and write access within the federal payment system at the Treasury Department. He was also deployed at Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Department of Homeland Security, according to The New York Times. Elez briefly resigned from DOGE after racist comments posted by an account he was linked to were discovered by The Wall Street Journal, but returned after Musk and Vice President JD Vance posted in defense of him on X.

Shaotran, another young DOGE employee, is a 22-year-old Harvard student and a runner-up at an xAI hackathon. (xAI is Musk’s artificial intelligence company.) He has been deployed at GSA and the Department of Education and was recently onboarded at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, according to internal documentation.

Killian is a 24-year-old former computer science student who matriculated at McGill University and has been part of DOGE’s work at the Environmental Protectin Agency and GSA, as well as the SSA.

The SSA did not respond to a request from WIRED about what the DOGE operatives are working on inside the agency.

In a Tuesday meeting, United States DOGE Service administrator Amy Gleason told staff that Musk-affiliated engineers and some legacy USDS workers would be headed to SSA to improve “identity proofing,” say sources who were in the meeting. The US DOGE Service is a permanent rebranding of the US Digital Service. Identity proofing is the process SSA uses to identify that users are who they say they are in order to access their benefits. The process includes registering with identity apps such as the government’s own Login.gov or third-party services such as ID.me.

At a meeting last week, according to The Washington Post, Dudek, the SSA’s acting commissioner, told staff that the “DOGE people” were effectively in charge of day-to-day operations at the agency and “were going to make mistakes.” He also made it clear that he had been in direct contact with the White House.

“I work for the president,” Dudek said, according to a longer recording of the meeting obtained by ProPublica. ”I need to do what the president tells me to do. I’ve had to make some tough choices, choices I didn’t agree with, but the president wanted it, and I did it.”

In February, Dudek outlined plans to fire 7,000 employees at the SSA and close more than half of the agency’s regional offices, while confirming that many of the SSA’s most senior staff were departing. This week, the agency reportedly gave up on the idea of fully abandoning phone service for clients after The Washington Post reported on the plan.

The SSA houses a highly complex system built on decades-old technology and contains some of the most sensitive personal information held anywhere within the US government. The threat posed by DOGE engineers making mistakes within these systems, experts say, is huge.

Martin O’Malley, a former SSA commissioner, warned last week, following DOGE’s incursion, that within months the SSA system could ”collapse” and recipients would see “an interruption of benefits." This warning was repeated by Flick, who wrote in her affidavit that DOGE’s lack of knowledge of the SSA systems, “combined with the significant loss of expertise as more and more agency personnel leave, have me seriously concerned that SSA programs will continue to function and operate without disruption.”

“It’s a valid fear that personally identifiable information will be exfiltrated or source code messed with without necessary controls and rigor,” John McGing, a former SSA employee who worked at the agency for almost four decades, tells WIRED.

Additionally, DOGE has imposed a $1 spending limit on federal credit cards, which has led to some regional SSA offices experiencing issues buying basic supplies, including paper and toner, according to details shared with WIRED by one SSA employee.

“We have started rationing paper,” the source says. “People like to ask for four copies of their benefit verification letter. We’ve been giving them one and telling them to make their own copies.”

The provision of sign language interpreters for appointments at the SSA have also been interrupted due to the $1 spending limit. “We have to go back to that client and tell them we can’t provide an interpreter, even though everything on our website says we will provide that,” the source said, citing an incident that happened this week.

SSA staff are also now unable to order death certificates, which are used to verify whether someone within the system is dead or not, according to an email reviewed by WIRED.

The source added that the office is also unable to pay the company that shreds mountains of documents it prints out on a daily basis, raising fears that piles of paper with highly sensitive personally identifiable information could soon be left lying around the office.

The Observatory

I've been rotating a piece of the TFS CE lore in my brain so long I forgot to write about it. There's no transcript yet that I can find (I might do it myself tbh if nobody else does), but here's the scans with the whole text.

So, there's a lot going on in that CE, but the main gist of it is that the whole CE is written like a report from Eido. She investigated information about the Witness and the Collapse to try and help prepare us for our inevitable fight against it. Through her investigation, she found old Eliksni databanks that contain ancient records of past civilisations; main one being discussed is the civilisation that would eventually end up becoming the Witness.

There was a lot going on with them, shown to us through discussions between two specific individuals; they're only identified through code as HNW047622 and RS6243199. I'll call them HNW and RS. I've mentioned this before because we could see one of the pages in the preview of the Collector's Edition.

These individuals talked a lot and gave us insight into the Witness' civilisation. In short, they were super advanced and had something they described as the "Gardener's tools" which they apparently used to terraform other planets. They also talk about the concept of "the final shape" a lot and lead philosophical debates about its meaning and whether or not they have a responsibility to bring that concept to others in the universe. I'll probably go into their civilisation in-depth at some point, but for now I want to go off about something that appears to be a minor detail.

As part of their conversations, In the 5th image from the scans, they extensively talk about the final shape. The RS individual mentions something called "the Observatory." It is apparently some sort of a prediction machine. Full transcript of the relevant conversation and the rest of the post under:

This made me instantly lose my mind when I was reading. Very early into Lightfall's release, I made a post about the Veil and the history of the universe. It's about some very peculiar similarities between a lot of prediction technology and caches of information that preserve ancient history and ancient civilisations and how they may connect to the Veil.

Mind you, this was before we knew a lot about the Veil; I wrote this pre-Veil logs and before it was confirmed that the Veil is linked directly to consciousness and memory. It was also before Season of the Deep which gave us Akashic Revelation: a lore tab in which a Guardian tries to go through the portal and experiences a vivid flashback of memory of his own pre-Guardian life. The name of the tab is important: akashic records is an esoteric concept for a supposed existence of a record of everything that has ever happened in the universe, past or present or future, human and non-human.

This is basically what I proposed in my post, before this lore tab, about the Veil; that the Veil or some source the Veil can tap into, is something similar to that. That all of the prediction machines are essentially pulling from this same source. In the post, I mentioned the OXA machine (the "black box for galactic civilisations" that allowed the Psions to see the future), Inspiral lore book (in which various civilisations and individuals left their records in the Darkness), the Device (the machine built on Vex technology by the Future War Cult in the Golden Age, led my Maya Sundaresh, used to displace consciousness and also see the future as used by Lakshmi-2), and even maybe the Sundial made by Osiris. I also mentioned how there's a possibility that even the whole scope of Vex prediction technology is somehow based on or tapping into this same source.

I am very amused at how I wrote: "It’s also interesting that Maya Sundaresh seems to be quite involved in pretty much every aspect of this." So true past me, that really is interesting! Her connection to the Veil and Lakshmi (and the importance of the Device and FWC) will later be revealed in Veil Logs. Almost like these connections were made deliberately, between all of these machines and the Veil.

With the benefit of new lore being released in the time since I made the original post, I am even more convinced that there's something going on here, and especially after TFS CE because the section I copied here mentions yet another incredibly similar machine: the Observatory of the Witness' species. It's not described in a lot of details, but from what we did get, it's quite unmistakeable that this is similar to things like the OXA and the Device.

The Observatory is clearly shown to be some sort of a machine that can see the future. Or, rather, as HNW says, it can see "possibilities." This matches what we've seen of the Device when Lakshmi-2 was using it; she was able to see different possible futures, futures that were getting increasingly narrow and biased to what she wanted to see. Identical formatting for using some sort of a machine to predict the future is shown as well with a Psion Ixel using... something (? maybe the OXA?) to do the same.

And again, the same formatting is used this season when a Psion Qorix uses her inate Psion abilities to project visions of the future into the minds of those present at Caiatl's War Council. It's worth noting that Psions have huge ties to Darkness abilities, as well as their entire species having been influenced by Nezarec to an unknown extent, but enough for them to share psionic/psychic abilities, an affinity to void, helmets that reflect his head shape and possibly more we don't know about. It's also worth noting that Nezarec was the one who was transporting the Veil on his Pyramid ship and lamented how Neomuni were not using it to its full potential. Nezarec may have used the Veil to influence the Psions.

This is important because these devices aren't exact, and the Observatory seems to share the same caveat. It shows possibilities, not certainties. Different users might see different things, painted by their own desires and experiences. However, there's something in all of these prediction machines that can lead to a real prediction of the future. The invididual RS mentions several visions, most of which are not specific enough to identify, but sound plausible given the sheer size of the universe; they must've happened somewhere at some point. There's one specific that we know: "great waves drowning worlds." And there's one mentioned by RS that also happened; the destruction of the "garden" made by HNW. This is mentioned in the beginning of the CE. HNW terraformed a planet, but that planet was later completely destroyed.

Even more interesting, the way the Witness' species used the Observatory seems to imply that they employed the Vex directly to help them manage this machine. RS explains that the "glass-minds" are capable of "trimming excess branches" and allowing only the "strongest paths" to be explored. Perhaps this was their way of not falling into the trap that the people using the OXA or the Device could fall into; by having the Vex monitor and manage this prediction machine, it stops the user from inserting too many personal variables. And yes, as Eido noted as well, "glass-minds" is a phrase that indeed shares similarity with the Vex and is almost certainly referring to the Vex.

This is incredibly interesting for a lot of reasons. First, as I've already mentioned, these sort of prediction machines are common throughout the universe and keep being mentioned. Different species at different times have been capable of creating similar machines for similar purposes. Inspiral also goes deeper into how species could use the Darkness to access memory and history through it; the Ecumene and the Qugu had these abilities and used them as part of their civilisation. Through Psions, we get a mix of these two things; the Psions have both tangled with prediction machines like the OXA, but they also posses seemingly inate Darkness abilities that function similarly. They can project futures and possibilities to others, they can merge their minds (and bodies!), and their old religion was based on ancestor worship. Emotions, memories, consciousness itself: these are part of Darkness and governed by the paracausal entity we know as the Veil. It seems like machines capable of giving insight into the past and future are connected to the consciousness of the universe.

Second, these things somehow always come back to the Vex. We don't know how the OXA was built, but the Vex could access it. The Device was build from Vex technology and so was the Sundial. The Observatory is very closely linked to the Vex as well; either built by them or simply being close enough to be accessible for the Vex to manage it. The Vex are more or less known for their manipulation of time, their ability to move through it and use it as a tool, as well as for their prediction and simulation machines and constructs.

And of course, this year revealed to us that the Vex, or at least a part of the Vex, have tried recreating the Veil in the form of Black Heart, but failed due to their inability to understand paracausality. However, it seems like the Vex are drawn to the Veil even outside of just the Sol Divisive, as can be seen from Neomuna. The Vex were a constant threat to Neomuna throughout its existence and the Vex have been trying to access the CloudArk, an alternate reality engine built on the energy of the Veil.

This season in particular has been fairly suspicious with the Vex as well, showing us a concerning evolution of the Sol Divisive and the Vex in general; their radiolaria emitting Darkness energy, Oracles appearing outside of the Vault of Glass and also resonating Darkness, their attempts to "merge with the Witness" and a strange message that seems to be implying they're still not done with reaching out to the Veil in the form of the Black Heart. I talked about this more here.

Are the Vex drawn to the Veil for a particular reason? Perhaps they unknowingly tap into something the Veil is responsible for, like prediction, through the simple fact that the Veil is the paracausal entity responsible for Darkness which is memory? For the Vex, memory could work outside of time; perhaps their prediction abilities are simply them being able to "remember" the future, because they can exist through and outside time.

There is also the even more mysterious possibility here that revolves around a few hints in regards to the Veil and the Traveler being a single entity at some point in time. If the Veil and the Traveler used to be one before becoming separated, this may be what Unveiling talked about through metaphor; the mythical Garden before the universe existed could've been this singularity that was just the Veil and the Traveler together as one. And as Unveiling also noted, in one of those parts of Unveiling that seem to be closer to the truth than others, the Vex already existed then. The reason they're so out of place in a universe of paracausality is because they appear to have come into existence before paracausality so it is foreign to them. They might remember the time when the two were one, therefore they still have an instinctual draw to the Veil; and honestly, to the Traveler too, given how close to it they've settled in our system. As the lore on Scatter Signal notes, someone told us that all Vex agree that "Sol is Salvation." It's where both the Veil and the Traveler are.

This is beyond speculative, but it's been on my mind since that first post well over a year ago because of how closely linked Darkness, the Vex and these peculiar prediction devices have been throughout the history of the universe; now added with one more, the Observatory, most likely the first one ever made (or found), by the species that would later become the Witness. I could be off on the exact nature of this connection, but I feel like there is some sort of a connection all the same. I also feel like they wouldn't have mentioned this in TFS CE for no reason, especially because we're clearly not going to deal with the Vex until after TFS.

Either way, the Observatory mention and description really got me spiralling into unhinged territory. It added such a specific little detail about something I've speculated about before and made it fit perfectly. I wonder if this will remain just like a little curiosity and background worldbuilding or if there's a more direct reason for including it; namely if this is more hints about post-TFS stuff regarding the Vex.

Until we know for sure, I will continue to believe that all prediction abilities and prediction machines are tapping into a single source; the consciousness/memory of the universe, produced by the Veil as a part of the inherent propery of Darkness. The Vex are key to this because they may be doing it in a very specific way given their relationship to time, the possibility that they existed in the universe before anyone else, and possibly because of their memory of a time when the Veil and the Traveler were one.

It could be also something simpler and not entirely interconnected. But I was very pleased to see yet another Vex-based prediction machine being introduced into the universe, adding to the existing ones that have been fairly relevant this year and mentioned several times like the OXA and the Device. Can't wait for TFS and post-TFS content to see if this is something we'll be exploring in more detail, especially as we start dealing with the Vex!

Several of Elon Musk’s associates installed at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) have received unprecedented access to federal human resources databases containing sensitive personal information for millions of federal employees. According to two members of OPM staff with direct knowledge, the Musk team running OPM has the ability to extract information from databases that store medical histories, personally identifiable information, workplace evaluations, and other private data. The staffers spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly and feared professional retaliation. Musk Watch also reviewed internal OPM correspondence confirming that expansive access to the database was provided to Musk associates.

The arrangement presents acute privacy and security risks, one of the OPM staffers said. Among the government outsiders granted entry to the OPM databases is University of California Berkeley student Akash Bobba, a software engineer who graduated high school less than three years ago. He previously interned at Meta and Palantir, a technology firm chaired by Musk-ally and fellow billionaire Peter Thiel. Edward Coristine, another 2022 high school graduate and former software engineering intern at Musk’s Neuralink, has also been given access to the databases.

Other Musk underlings embedded at OPM following President Donald Trump’s inauguration include the agency’s new chief of staff, Amanda Scales, who until January was a human resources staffer at xAI, Musk’s artificial intelligence firm, and Brian Bjelde, who has spent the past 21 years at Musk's SpaceX, including the last 10 leading the human resources department. They are joined by Gavin Kliger, a former Twitter software engineer serving as a special advisor to the director of OPM, and Riccardo Biasini, a former software engineer at Musk’s tunneling venture, the Boring Company. OPM did not respond to a request for comment. Shortly after Trump took office, OPM installed Greg Hogan to serve as its new chief information officer (CIO). Hogan was tapped to replace OPM CIO Melvin Brown, who had accepted the job less than a month ago. The civil servants who oversee the OPM’s information technology services were then instructed to provide access to Musk's associates, according to the OPM staffers who spoke to Musk Watch. One of the OPM staffers received an email from the agency’s new leadership instructing them to give Musk’s team “access [to] the system as an admin user" and "code read and write permissions." “They have access to the code itself, which means they can make updates to anything that they want,” the staffer explained. USAJOBS, the federal government’s official hiring site, was one of the systems that Musk's associates were given access to. The database stores personal information — Social Security numbers, home addresses, employment records — provided by private individuals who have applied for federal jobs, regardless of whether the applicants went on to work for the government. Musk’s aides were also given access to the OPM’s Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) system. Contained within the EHRI are the Social Security numbers, dates of birth, salaries, home addresses, and job descriptions of all civil government workers, along with any disciplinary actions they have faced. “They’re looking through all the position descriptions… to remove folks,” one of the OPM staffers said of Musk’s team. “This is how they found all these DEI offices and had them removed — [by] reviewing position description level data.” Other databases Musk’s team has access to include USA Staffing, an onboarding system; USA Performance, a job performance review site; and HI, which the government uses to manage employee health care. “The health insurance one scares me because it's HIPAA [protected] information, but they have access to all this stuff,” the OPM staffer noted.

[...] A new server being used to control these databases has been placed in a conference room that Musk’s team is using as their command center, according to an OPM staffer. The staffer described the server as a piece of commercial hardware they believed was not obtained through the proper federal procurement process. There is a legal requirement that the installation of a new server undergo a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), a formal process to ensure the change would not create any security vulnerabilities. But in this instance, the staff believes there was no PIA. “So this application and corresponding hardware are illegally operating,” they added. On Friday, Reuters reported that some senior civil servants have been blocked from accessing the EHRI and other OPM systems, making it difficult for career OPM employees to know what Musk’s team has been examining or modifying. In the same report, the outlet revealed the team had moved sofa beds into the agency's headquarters to continue their work around the clock.

This should be a major national news scandal.

Infiltrating the Anthroposophy movement, part 1.

So.

When I was little, I went to a Waldorf farm school in rural Washington State for about 2 years. For those of you who don't know what a Waldorf school is... hoo boy, where do I start.

Basically, Waldorf schools are alternative education schools based on the teachings of Rudolf hess STEINER, who was an Austrian political and spiritual theorist in the early 20th century (1880s-1920s) Which already raises a lot of red flags. Here is a picture of the incredibly handsome Mr. Steiner ⬇⬇⬇

Mr. Steiner was very influential in the Theosophical Society, which he based his own brand of bullcrap on. Now, there are two aspects to Steiner's teachings: Anthroposophy and Biodynamics. Both movements are intertwined, but Anthroposophy is the troubling one and that is what I shall focus on here.

On its surface, the movement appears to have branded itself as a hippy, natural spiritual movement, and neo-hippies are who it is most popular with. A lot of it just builds on existing ideas from Theosophy (think Atlantis), Hinduism, and paganism. Stuff about like how humans have three bodies: physical, etheric, and astral, karma, fairies gnomes and elves, the akashic records, getting back to nature, alternative medicine, the four humors.. (yes, we were taught that they were real)

But then there are the baloney, racist crackpot beliefs that you're not taught about in most Waldorf schools, and which make up a lot of Steiner's literary base. We got:

There are five root races and the Nordic-Germanics are the most physically, spiritually and culturally advanced. And you know what he called that race? The aryan race. Greeks were close second in the racial hierarchy, and Africans and Jews, according to Steiner, were the lowest. Let that sink in. (🐔🤓🐔🤓🐔🤓)

You cannot read until all your adult teeth are grown in because it rips you out of your astral body and into your physical one too early.

By doing good deeds, people will reincarnate into "higher races" until they eventually reach peak aryan /s

Steiner eventually left the Theosophist society after this Indian boy, Krishnamurthi, was proclaimed heir to the throne of heaven or smth. Steiner wanted to be heir and he also disliked how his society could revere a brown-skinned boy. So he broke off and started Anthroposophy.

In the 1920's, Anthroposophists heavily interacted with the Thule society, which was where most of the crackpot nazi occultist beliefs came from. The two movements noticed each other's inherent ideological similarities, and many people even had dual memberships. While I don't believe that he was an official member of the AnthPo society, Rudolf Hess for example absolutely revered Steiner and his teachings. While Steiner was not a nazi, he clearly influenced them.

So my Waldorf experience was unique in that I went to an "orthodox-Steiner" school. Of course, we were not taught outright all the racist bs, but it was... subliminally there. I was a critically thinking kid, I saw right through it.

Now, I have researched Steiner intensively alongside researching the Third Reich, so imagine my surprise when I saw this in a coffee shop:

David was a teacher at my old school, and he l-o-v-e-s Steiner. He sometimes subs at my HS, so I know him fairly well.

The first thought that crossed my mind was "I'm gonna infiltrate this". I pulled out all the spying knowledge I had stored in my brain from various shitty spy novels and James Bond type movies- it could work! I would pretend to be an open-minded person with conservative and spiritual leanings- exactly the kind of person this society (cult) draws in. I would be the best Anthroposphist I could be, and earn their trust, eventually getting information about Steiner's uber-crackpot theories that no-one knows about! Then, after gathering evidence, I would write an anonymous op-ed exposing the movement!!

I e-mailed David (the teacher) last night. The first thing that seemed odd to me was that there was not a set date or exact meeting location on the poster- one had to email or call David, and then he would ask a few questions and provide dates if he wanted you to join. Suspicious.

His response to me was odd: He said that it was an adult group, but that he was interested in starting a youth group that would "dive into topics with more vigor". He also said that our politics might not match, as he does not support "social justice or transgender". Personally, I'm just a left-leaning centrist who really does not like Trump, and I support most aspects of the transgender rights movement, as well as equality for all. But that was the old Dr. Caviar. The new, Anthroposophist Dr. Caviar does not want any "gender ideology" or "vaccines", pooh pooh!

So this is the start of my journey into crackpot pseudo-scientific occultist beliefs! There is a lot more to learn about Steiner, so I'll put a good article about him down below. I will keep you posted.

What does seeing repeating numbers mean?

“Why am I seeing angel numbers 11:11, 222, 333, 444, 555 frequently? Is there any meaning to see these numbers?”

“I see these angel numbers constantly every single day all the time. What is they trying to tell me exactly. Do you know???”

The fact that one is seeing so many 'angel' numbers at the same time does not mean that one is deeply connected to one's 'spirit guides' or 'angels', or such beings or entities are communicating with one frequently.

Distorted knowledge suggests that these numbers could be guiding or comforting messages from the universe, or it's the universe’s way of confirming that one is on a path of spiritual enlightenment and/or awakening. These are simply lies though.

One — should not trust in such (hu)manmade concepts — aka “signs from the universe” and all that fancy jazz.

'Angels' and 'spirit guides' don't send “signs” to human beings.

The Infinite Intelligence/Creator/Creation doesn't work like this. Man, however, likes comfort, shortcuts, minimal effort, flattery, and a very little or no responsibility.

One must remember that numerology/angel numbers/spirit guides/twin flames/soul mates/spirituality/time/religions/nonduality/higher-self/consciousness/enlightenment/law of attraction/law of assumption/starseeds etc., etc., etc., — are human made concepts i.e., labels, which built-up from words, words which create our false reality;

but most importantly: one can, and thus, must be able to use their level and ability of awareness/discernment, and with that, a higher frequency vibrational field, — aka 'angels' or 'spirit guides' — GOODness never interferes.

One's higher frequency awareness field = one's SOUL (aka, the higher-self), however, is able to do so:

the SOUL/one's core/True Self is a pure, loving awareness field so, can guide one, "raise" the alarm, or sooth/balance out anxiety/fear with wisdom = intelligence and love.

The SOUL projects its awareness into multiple beings under numerous avatars, (multiple yous in parallel lives — there might be several hundred entities projected by your soul) across multiple dimensions and lives; — therefore, when one's connected to their SOUL, one is actually guided/advised by themselves based on profound insights from a higher level awareness.

A higher/greater level of awareness is when one is able to access to their accumulated knowledge/wisdom built-up over 'time'.

It's often called an “altered state” — which is a result of fine-tuned energy management that can be manifested through a purified body, including a purified mind and heart.

The crutch you never needed.

Many can experience — either via their gift or devoted practice — hearing the “chatter” of different creatures in the quantum, aka akashic reading. Now, whether one 'hears' the whispers of higher beings such as angels, or deceased entities, or trickster spirits that is depending on one's awareness level.

There are many entities specifically that are connected with one throughout the field of cognitive/earth matrix. There are literally tens of thousands of these entities that are connected simultaneously with human beings.

Released memory materials of variously evolved entities and beings are hardly genuine/REAL,* thus not beneficial to living beings coping in the 3D material awareness. Some “experts” may say otherwise; it doesn't make it true, though.

*Memory fields/frequency energy units are contaminated by one's mind's fear, the cognitive, conditioning, and biases; even if one has lost their body in this realm, i.e., died, even if that happened a very long time ago; these memory units/data in frequency form still linger on and thus are available and 'readable' as energetic records in the quantum/akashic fields.

How Psychics, Mediums, Clairvoyants, Tarot readers etc., actually choose to interpret their messages and experiences depends entirely on their level of development, i.e., the evolvement of their souls, their perceptional awareness, background and upbringing, and filters: fears, biases and existing beliefs.

For instance, seeing the Akashic fields as a library: this visual arises in one who values education, or is a lifelong learner, or loves reading and/or books, or the love of books was modelled by their family, or by someone who they were looked up to, or their SOUL/BEING has a history in the educational, academic, or literary fields, etc., etc.

The mind creates familiarity, a cognitive shorthand to make processing easier for the experience of an inner inquiry.

Similarly, in case of NDEs — the mind/ego focuses on one's own survival and is able to hide in the subconscious, therefore, experiences will be filtered: softened or modulated by the ego/mind to avoid feelings of inconvenience/pain/embarrassment/shame, but accumulate pleasure and enhancement instead.

Numerous NDEs accounts describe Jesus as the divine figure they met.

Why?

Because:

a., it's a deeply ingrained belief in one that stems from family, tribal, community, cultural values — it is not necessary for one to be a believer/Christian “to meet Jesus” during an NDE. One can even see/carry themselves as an atheist or can be indifferent towards religions ➛ ego is in subconscious, too.

b., the person has a history, parallel or previous lives, where they follow/followed, or knew/was introduced to/got familiar with/affected by Christianity/the story of Jesus.

“Padded” knowledge, (aka shortcuts/“help”/“guidance”) — advisory activity from so called 'angels' and 'spirit guides' either via business offerings or other scheme, is just a deliberate way to control another individual because, clarity on one's path, or guidance on one's purpose/mission/gifts are never made known/revealed to a third party (such as mediums or intuitive readers) only to the one, (who's the seeker), — each being is unique (as in unique in unimportant ways for the false/illusory-self/ego) on their unique path, and each being is a channel as Source's energy flows through all of us.

By default/design, information on one's fate and destiny always remains confidential. One's being is an enigma to another, therefore, no one has the truth or deep insights about another being's dealings.

However, as the data of personal experiences can relate to more than one, (relatability + energetic connectedness), with concepts such as 'angel numbers' and 'spirit guides', or 'channeled messages' it's easy for an observant pattern reader to manipulate and exploit the fearful and gullible.

On another note, posing as an interpreter for “spirits” can get quite a bit of attention/idolization/worship and pride for one('s ego).

A spiritual “help/advice/guidance” received from another one hinders the seeker from developing a greater level of perceptional awareness and discernment (so one will remain caught up in karma); one, who takes counsel or seeks reassurance either from soothsayers, channellers, card readers, or discarnated spirits or other various entities of the quantum field, — dismisses their own abilities.

By turning to a 'spiritual mediator,' or a 'spiritual advisor', or a discarnated entity/spirit in the 'external,' — one ultimately rejects her/himself, thus the SELF/I AM/REAL.

The IS-ness, aka I AM/ Source/GOD/All That IS does not live inside of all of us, and if one does not conceive of or believe in their own divinity, how are they going to make the leap into the next levels?

Greater perceptional awareness (i.e., an evolved being with a higher density perceptional awareness, e.g., 5th density and above) recognizes and understands that no one has the purpose/task/mission/dharma, but most importantly, the capability to advise or teach another on their lessons, or on the development of their 'spiritual path', inner being/inner world that is just:

• an ego's misinterpretation/projection based on lack of awareness (i.e., fear): I need advice from others in order to thrive/advice is needed for others because they are helpless/suffering; or

• an ego card for superiority or control: I know it better/I am better.

Ego thinks, it knows better, the SOUL knows it: looking for information or confirmation in the external is futile.

As always, awareness is the key that developed through the frequencies of creation: wisdom and love.

So, what does it mean when one sees repeating numbers?

It means: one is out of alignment — energetically — with the The ONE's/Most HIGH's/GOD's/One Creator's/ I AM's/Source's/ REAL's/LOVE's frequency.

Why?

When we think, thought forms/beliefs arisen within our bodies (mind and heart), in the language of physics we're creating the electrical and magnetic expression of them as waves of energy, which aren't confined to our mind and heart or limited by the physical barrier of our skin and bones. So we're creating a world/reality around us in each moment of every day through a language that has no words: through belief-waves of our conscious awareness field (body+mind+heart and — if one's able to mute/master their ego — then the soul can take the lead of those aforementioned).

The minute one is in doubt = one is in FEAR state of consciousness/conscious awareness, and when one's being in fear, one is jumping in the mind = one's thinking, desperately trying to seek security = aid/reassurance/validation/purpose/guidance/love in the external; either in the mind, or in our reality. Meanwhile, one's vibrational frequency drops and fear drags one at the lowest level of frequencies.

Due to that, all energy manifest and fear is an energy, too, the outcomes of such manifestations will always be not REAL, i.e., illusory — i.e., that is not lasting, — because FEARs are Lies, fabrications of a non-existent, illusory-self/ego/identity.

One can never find any of the REAL in the external, because the reality, our reality, created by minds, a common hallucination = a matrix projected by phantom egos, — is actually, a cognitive bias, therefore, nothing REAL can be attained/gained from the external.

Seeking guidance, validation, or protection from repeating numbers is a limiting belief: manifestation of one's fear, — and FEAR attracts the fearful.

One's responsibility is remembering one's core essence/truth so one can recognize and understand what one's doing with their energy.

One should take care of their energy.

This is part of learning to take control of your energy. Who is going to control your energy if you don’t?

Oddly, so many regard the 10 instructions (mispresented as the Ten Commanmends) of the Semitic Decree, aka The BIBLE / Old Testament, left behind by Annunaki Chief ENKI for his beloved ones, and for the leadership/kings,** (which tells exactly how one can fully realize their divinity on a lower, 3rd density awareness plane such as Earth,) with disdain, but seek and follow hundreds of “advice” from non-visible entities, and/or from “experts” with veiled/limited/biased perceptional awareness (i.e., one with a contaminated body/astral body, mind, or heart) on various platforms.

**The story of the Anunnaki and their arrival is told, in part, by the ‘Enuma elish’ – known as the Epic of Creation (seven tablets of Creation), with other subsequent Sumerian texts detailing their stay here on Earth.

“...when there is one who understands the energies of all Creation, and how they then may utilize those energies to make themselves a god, then they keep people in bondage, for they then seek to have control over others, in order to feel that they are a god.”

This is exactly what happened with the Anunnaki and their relationship with human beings, even though it was probably unintentional in the beginning, they ‘got off’ on the power and made themselves into gods.

The Enuma elish tells how a group of fifty Annunaki, “Those who from Heaven to Earth came,” landed in the Arabian Sea or the Persian Gulf under the leadership of E.A (He whose house is water), and established E. RI.DU (“House in the Faraway Built”). Ea not only gave his name to the planet Ea-rth, but also acquired another title EN.KI –“Lord of Earth.”

Enki tried to help humanity survive from the “Great Flood” that occurred approximately 11,000 years ago.

The stories of the Bible are symbolic. They delve into our inner being and coded existence and the energies at work within our bodies.

Earth has been continuously and extensively influenced by visitors from other realms. It is interesting that the 10 instructions were compelled by ENKI considering that the Sirians/Annunaki of Sumer — and also the Atlanteans, Arcturians, Orionis etc., — all alien races who took part the colonization of this planet, — are higher density beings.

We each possess the capacity to commit the seven deadly (karmic) sins that diminish our divine essence by lowering our density, and that keeps us in the shackles of karma. Absolutely inherent within us.

“As you did, so shall it be done to you;

Your conduct shall be requited.”

The only way to combat that is through individual transformation, one needs to practice a little self-control/discipline, and to begin taking responsibility for themselves, and for the planet. Freedom lies in a correct energy management.

Ways to get rid of this fear is doing something goodness/kindness without expectations, or recalling something good, a story/a mental picture, and being like a child, starting smiling/laughing at such symmetry (i.e., repeated numbers), which creates a higher frequency vibrational energies within one's energy field whenever one sees repeating numbers, then, slowly these 'angel' numbers will start to disappear.

Remember who you are. Remember your gift.

About Soulbonds...

Intro

So, I thought I might talk about this as it's not really a big part of my practice per se, but it is part of my experience and sometimes pokes into the WitchShit™️.

Most people, when talking about soulbonds, are talking about an intentional connection to, most popularized, a fictional character's soul.

Well, that is not my experience.

People often forget that soulbonding started with... walk-ins. Before it was even called soulbonding and developed its own community, it was predominantly, if not completely, walk-ins.

Okay, I'm going to ask you all not to click away yet. I have absolutely no issue with the modern practice of soulbonds, I just want to explain the origins and my personal experience.

Let me introduce you to something called a Lost Soul.

Lost Souls

A Lost Soul is a soul that, after their original body dies, quite literally becomes lost. They may be incarnated (not reincarnated) into another body, coexisting with the Host Soul and sometimes controlling the body (soul shifting). However, there are cases where they don't coexist and completely replace the Host Soul (soul swapping).

A Lost Soul...is quite frankly a Soulbond.

Some Lost Souls simply wander the realm of the undead, sometimes body-hopping (like a particular pesky soulbond named Astra I had to deal with).

The concept of Lost Souls show up in various things (webtoons, animes, fanfiction, witch communities, plural communities, etc) and it's...hard to pin down the origin. However, doing some research, I did dig up that the terms "soul shift" and "soul swap" (and "walk-ins"!) are used by those who incorporate the Akashic Records into their practice.

The Akashic Records were first coined in the 1800s, but individuals claimed that the records existed in BC. It was officially known as part of Theospy later on in the 1900s.

Here's an article I found on the different types of walk-ins. (I found more but I would...not recommend wasting your time.)

In Shamanism, they were sometimes mentioned as "Free Souls." However, Free Souls may be interpreted slightly differently depending on the tribe and people.

In my research, however, I could not find anything about the origin of the term, "lost soul." Just the occasional usage of it.

We personally, frankly, can barely remember the first time we heard the phrase, but we have run into people with residing souls that resonate with Lost Soul more than Soul Bond which... I found interesting, frankly.

The Differences

Now, here's the thing. So far, while reading this, you might thing, "oh, the difference between modern and historical soulbonding is intention!"

...no.

There's a reason I said most people earlier. Many people start soul-bonding by accident. However, note that the linked resource is an example for fictional characters, which once again are in the majority for soulbonding.

In addition, I can't really call Lost Souls and whatnot "historical" soulbond because of how it apparently still happens in modern day, but I can't call it "traditional" soulbonding either. They're both under the same umbrella though, that's for sure.

Paradoxical, however, the main difference is the intention, just in a different way than you expect. Mainly:

Intentionally creating a character and developing a bond as you do so.

Actively wishing to be/be like a character.

Acting in the writing practice of letting the character "take over" and write their "own story."

Plus similar situations. Meanwhile, with Lost Souls, it's more of:

Not a choice made while you're alive. Those who believe in the Akashic Records might believe that walk-ins/walk-outs might be planned before birth, but not during life. They might also believe a soul swap might occur when you lose with will to live, but that's more of dying spiritually rather than choosing to.

Some other differences from Soulbonding include:

Can be a fictional character, but more often, people and things you have absolutely no connection to. Sometimes you might have a connection with them in a past life, but it's uncommon.

Has a higher chance of being malicious (or becoming malicious) than soulbonds.

A Lost Soul may sometimes struggle to leave, unlike a Soulbond. But this is not always the case.

Although the Lost Souls may be a predecessor, it's different enough to be its own thing and/or an umbrella. Kind of like how otherkin is the older term and umbrella for therianthropy, but they're considered distinct things (as they have differences).

My Own Experience

As of currently, our residing soulbonds:

Apostasia (not the fictional character)

The Arbiter/Noren/Gale (not the fictional character[s])

Autumn Fae (he refuses to say his name)

Neuvillette (the fictional character)

"The God" (also refuses to say his name)

Soulbonds who frequently hop in:

Astra

Stardust Cookie (the fictional character; humanoid)

Bennette (the fictional character)

Fierce Deity Link (the fictional character)

All of these soulbonds align more accurately with Lost Souls. Apostasia and the Arbiter are both incarnated deities, for example.

The Autumn Fae showed up randomly one day and still hasn't left. He's distinctly his own soul.

Neuvillette comes and goes (which the Arbiter also does), but mostly resides here. We can distinctly sense his sovereign.

All four of those weren't intentional summonings, and the only one we had any connection to was Neuvillette as we were playing the game at the time. Even the Arbiter, who looks similar to a character from childhood, was here before we were even introduced to the character.

Sartdust Cookie visited before he was 1) released to the game and 2) before we were introduced to the game. Same goes for Bennette and Link (and we did not know about Fierce Deity Link until much later). Astra's just a normal guy.

Even if Neuvillette was a normal soulbond, all of the others above didn't have the preexisting connection to be Soulbonds.

Where Are You Getting With This?

Because of the evolution of terms over time, many lost souls are considered to be soulbonds. I personally use the term soulbond because it's easier for people to understand. But there is a history to this all and I wanted to share it. As mentioned at start, I don't have a problem with modern practice. The point of this isn't to bash on modern soulbonding or claim it's "appropriated" or anything similar—previous practices aren't superior, and both are valid.

The point of this is to share information and my own experience for others to learn from them.
